In order to open an account with BESPOKE PORTFOLIO through your adviser, you are required to provide personal contact information. This information is used to satisfy certain legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as enable BESPOKE PORTFOLIO to provide the products and services you have requested. Information collected is in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements for the opening and operation of ASX trading accounts.
Information we collect will generally include: name, address, contact details, date of birth, tax file number and certified copies of identification. Additional information may be required from time to time to satisfy legislative or regulatory changes or to clarify client identification.

BESPOKE PORTFOLIO does not use your information for marketing purposes nor does it sell any information to any third party. All information is used or distributed solely for the purpose of providing the products and services requested by you and to ensure compliance with our legislative and regulatory obligations.

d) Parties who are involved in the provision and maintenance of systems provided to BESPOKE PORTFOLIO which enable BESPOKE PORTFOLIO to provide the products and services to you;
e) Debt collection agencies if required, and
f) Parties BESPOKE PORTFOLIO engages to assist with the verification of a customer's identity
To deliver requested products and services to you BESPOKE PORTFOLIO is required to provide your personal information to our clearing firm for ASX trading. Before using any personal information, any third party BESPOKE PORTFOLIO engages must agree that it will not share or sell any information provided to it.
Correcting or Updating Personal Information
To change your personal information please contact your adviser who will then provide BESPOKE PORTFOLIO with the specific changes.
